REAL PASTURE RAISED CHICKEN FROM DORSET
FRESH GRASS DAILY. SLOW GROWN. REAL FLAVOUR.
BETTER FOR THE LAND
Our chickens move everyday to fresh pasture, naturally fertalising the land. Then, the pastures are given long periods of rest to recover. This builds soil strength and biodiversity to grow back better everytime.
BETTER FOR THE CHICKEN
New grass every day allows our birds to express their natural “chickenness”. Scratching, pecking, and bathing in sunshine. With space to roam and forage, our chickens grow slowly and at a natural pace.
BETTER FOR YOU
You are what you eat. And so is our chicken. A natural diet of bugs, seeds, and fresh grass helps produce meat with higher nutrition, better texture and real flavour. The way chicken used to taste.
The idea of regenerative agriculture is that farming should not be just sustainable, but regenerative. Like nature. It is about learning from & aligning with the natural way, so that our farming helps improve the land and ecosystems every season.
Rotational pasture grazing is one such regenerative farming method. It lets the animals keep moving, following the best grass & forage, like they would in the wild. And mimics nature's natural pasture management pattern, of short periods of heavy grazing & fertilisation, followed by long rest & regeneration periods.
Once the pasture is fully recovered, the process is repeated, & thanks to the pruning and fertilisation, grows back a little stronger every time.
Whole Pasture-Raised Chicken
Real chicken with real flavour. Our chickens live outside 24/7, breathing fresh air, scratching, pecking and bathing in Dorset sunshine.
Grown slowly at a natural pace, they forage on a natural diet of bugs, worms, seeds and grass, producing meat that is nutritious and full of flavour.
Whole chickens are a great traditional way to feed your family. One bird can be enjoyed as a standalone roast, or stretched into two or three delicious meals.
Avaliable to order from the 13th of May.

Absolutely delicious. An old-fashioned taste I haven’t had in years.
