Pasture-Raised Whole Chicken

Real chicken with real flavour.

Our chickens live outside on pasture 24/7 and are moved to fresh grass every day in our mobile coops. They breathe fresh air, bathe in natural sunlight and live on clean bedding, rather than living on their own muck.

Whole chickens are a great traditional way to feed your family. One bird can be enjoyed as a standalone family roast, or stretched into two or three delicious meals.

SOLD FROZEN - Our season runs from late-March to mid-October, when the weather is warm and dry enough for the birds to live comfortably outside. We freeze our chicken to not only preserve flavour and texture, but also provide chicken year round.

SUPER-GIBLETS – Includes the heart, neck and liver, perfect for making super-stock or for nutritious pet food.

DELIVERY - Available for local delivery or farm pick-up

PASTURE-RAISED - Raised on pasture from 3 weeks old, moved onto fresh ground every morning.

SLOW-GROWN - 10 weeks old minimum before processing.
